Meissa Tips Compiled — Read in Just 1️⃣ Minute.zip

Hello, this is Meissa, the spatial information platform.

If this is your first time encountering a drone-based spatial information platform, you might wonder, "How exactly can this platform help on a construction site?"

To answer that question, we've gathered field-proven tips for using Meissa that are already being applied in real-world site operations. Take a quick look at the platform's diverse features and its on-site use cases!

🍯 In 10 seconds, predict the number of waste-hauling trucks

At the H Construction site, the [Area – Triangulation] tool is used to quickly estimate the site's waste volume.

By calculating the cut volume, you can estimate the waste volume and, from that figure, work out the number of trucks needed to haul the waste away. Because the Meissa platform stores data by date, past haul-out volumes are also easy to check.

🍯 In 10 seconds, predict the number of ready-mix trucks for a concrete pour

At the D Construction site, the [Volume Calculation – Height Input] tool makes it easy to compute concrete pour quantities.

Simply draw the area you want to measure, then enter the slab thickness with the height-input tool, and the pour volume is calculated in an instant. The principle: a horizontal plane is formed based on the elevation you enter, with everything above the plane counted as cut volume and everything below it as fill volume.

🍯 In 1 second, check the haul-in route for heavy equipment

At the R Construction site, the [Map Tool – Line Segment] is used to check whether there are any issues with the haul-in route for heavy equipment.

Even without bringing a tape measure to the site, you can measure exact distances — so you can quickly confirm whether heavy equipment can be brought in and moved without trouble, whether safe distances are maintained, and whether there is enough clearance from materials.

🍯 In 1 second, check the location of buried cables

At the A Construction site, [past data] is used to carry out work safely.

When you use Meissa, past records are automatically saved on the platform. If a task is hard to recall or pinpoint later — such as burying cables — try the Meissa location tool.

Using past data, you can easily confirm which location the cables were buried in, even now, enabling accurate and safe construction work.
