Reporting Principles
Results are communicated by phone or e-mail as promptly as possible. The whistleblower's confidentiality is strictly protected, and reports should in principle be made under one's real name.
Anonymous reports may be subject to limited investigation if the details are not specific or lack factual grounds.

What to Report
Matters subject to Article 5 (Scope of Internal Reporting) of the Meissa Internal Reporting Policy
Embezzlement of company funds or acceptance of bribes by employees
Improper demands for money, gifts, or entertainment by employees
Improper work-related demands by employees
Dual employment or engagement in competing business by employees
Sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment or assault
Workplace harassment, abuse of authority, or other unfair conduct
Any other violations of the Code of Ethics or company regulations

In accordance with Article 7 (Reporting Method) of the Meissa Internal Reporting Policy, submit a report to the e-mail address below, attaching documents and supporting evidence that include the following
